Clients are required to use a caterer from the above list and all caterers must leave staff at the LEC until the end of the event and will be charged a 9% kitchen operating fee on food only; there are no minimums. All consumable food products brought to the LEC (lunch, snacks, desserts, late night appetizers) must come from a licensed & insured MN kitchen; you do not need to use the above catering list for these items. Food items prepared by the client are not permitted.
LEC Bar Service:
The LEC Bar Service hosts all the alcoholic beverage services and staffing at the Lowertown Event Center. Clients are required to use the LEC Bar Service and must have a bar & pay for bar staffing at each event. Please email: info@LowertownEventCenter.com for more information and current pricing; clients are not obligated to host alcohol and there are no minimums. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought on site without prior approval and any alcohol found without prior approval will be confiscated.
